The terms below describe how KUBIX actually works. Sections still requiring legal drafting are marked clearly rather than filled in with placeholder legal language.
Accounts
Placing an order as a guest is possible for standard checkout. An account is required to save a wishlist, leave a product review, view order history, or submit a custom manufacturing request with an attached file. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in Tunisian Dinar (TND). Payment is accepted by card or Cash on Delivery, depending on what's offered at checkout. Prices and product availability can change at any time before you complete an order.
Custom manufacturing requests
Submitting a custom request is not a purchase. Our team reviews each request and, if it can be fulfilled, sends back a quotation. Nothing is manufactured, and no payment is taken, until you explicitly accept that quotation.
Reviews
Product reviews may only be left by customers who have received a delivered order containing that product. Reviews are moderated before they appear publicly.
Limitation of liability
