Shipping & delivery
How your order gets to you, and what Cash on Delivery means in practice.
How delivery works
Once your order is ready, it's handed to a delivery company and moves through the following stages. You can track the current stage from your order history.
- 1Assigned— Your order is handed to a delivery company.
- 2Picked up— The courier has your package.
- 3In transit— On its way to you.
- 4Out for delivery— Arriving today.
- 5Delivered— Received.
Exact delivery timeframes and fees depend on your location and the delivery company assigned to your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you choose COD at checkout, you pay the courier in cash when your order is delivered — no online payment is required upfront.
After collection, the courier reports the payment to us and we settle with the delivery company. If a collected amount doesn't match what was expected, it's flagged and resolved rather than silently written off.
A failed or missed delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically retry. If a package can't be delivered at all, it's returned. If you're expecting a delivery that hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number.
