KUBIX

Privacy Policy

This page describes, honestly, what data KUBIX actually collects today and who it's shared with. Sections still requiring legal review are marked clearly rather than filled in with placeholder legal language.

Data controller

Needs legal review

The legal entity operating KUBIX, its registered address, and jurisdiction have not yet been documented. This section needs to be completed before this policy is legally binding.

What we collect

  • — Account details: name, email, phone number.
  • — Order details: items purchased, shipping address, payment method (Cash on Delivery or card).
  • — Custom manufacturing requests: your description and any reference files you choose to upload.
  • — Basic usage events (e.g. what you searched for, what you viewed) to keep the platform working well.

Card payment details are never seen or stored by KUBIX directly — they're handled entirely by our payment provider.

Who we share it with

KUBIX uses the following third-party services to operate. Each only receives the data it needs to perform its function:

  • — A payment provider, to process card payments securely.
  • — A media storage provider, to host images and files you upload.
  • — An email provider, to send order confirmations and account notifications.
  • — A malware scanner, to check uploaded files before they're stored.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep your data

Needs legal review

A specific retention period per data category (orders, payment records, account data, analytics) has not yet been defined. This section needs to be completed before this policy is legally binding.

Your rights

Needs legal review

The formal process for requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — and which legal framework (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) applies to you — has not yet been documented. Until it is, contact us directly with any request and we'll handle it individually.

Cookies

KUBIX uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your session — nothing beyond what's needed to operate the site securely.
